1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a mining plan on CloudMining.am, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Cloud mining services may not be permitted in every country; you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Services

CloudMining.am provides access to hosted cryptocurrency mining hashpower. Plan features (hashrate, duration, daily reward) are described on the Plans page and confirmed at purchase. Plans are non-transferable.

4. Payments

Plans are purchased in BTC or DASH. Amounts are locked in a 15-minute quote at checkout. Payments are considered final once confirmed on-chain and approved by our team. No refunds are issued after activation.

5. Withdrawals

Available earnings may be withdrawn to a compatible wallet address you control. Requests are processed manually within stated support hours and may be delayed for identity or security checks.

6. User Conduct

You will not attempt to compromise the platform, submit fraudulent payment proof, or use CloudMining.am for illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily disable purchases, withdrawals, or dashboard access.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
