Information we collect

Account data (email, display name, chosen nickname), payment proof you upload (transaction hash, screenshot), and usage data required to operate the platform (subscriptions, earnings, withdrawal requests).

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, approve or reject payments and withdrawals, send transactional messages, and respond to support requests.

Data storage & security

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access controls that restrict every record to its owner and to authorized administrators. Payment screenshots are stored in a private bucket accessible only to the uploader and admins.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is only shared with providers strictly necessary to run the service, and with authorities when required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in. We do not run marketing or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can update your profile, change your email/password, and control notification preferences from your Settings page. To request account or data deletion, email support@cloudmining.am.
